Hi there! I have been active all my life and decided that health and wellness would be an awesome career path, so I decided to do just that. I have  a Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico. I am a CrossFit L2 coach and certified Precision Nutrition coach with over 25 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. I have worked in clinical and gym settings as a director, instructor and coach for many organizations and corporations. I firmly believe that a well-balanced life that focuses on consistency in diet and exercise is attainable for everyone and I am passionate about helping my members and clients achieve their wildest health goals. I love to cook when I am not at the gym. I am also known for my love of stout and porter beers! My pride and joys in life are my hubby, Milton, of 25 years and my two grown children, Evan and Sofia.

Meet Matt and Claudette! This CrossFit duo believes “If you WOD together, you stay together!” These two couldn’t be more passionate about CrossFit and Weightlifting! Matt enjoys heavy barbell, big fan of DT. He also enjoy seeing when an athlete finally gets it, whether it is a PR, an Olympic movement, or the ever elusive muscle up. Claudette’s passion is around the community and coming together to share progress, success, and PR’s. Her favorite part about CrossFit is programming. She believes in the CF methodology and the best kind of fitness is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements . Every athlete has the opportunity to reach their highest potential. Her favorite movements are Hang Squat Cleans, Med Ball Cleans and Hero WOD: Operation Red Wing.
