WHO ARE WE
Hi there! I have been active all my life and decided that health and wellness would be an awesome career path, so I decided to do just that. I have a Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science, from the University of New Mexico. I am a CrossFit L1 coach and certified Precision Nutrition coach with over 25 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. I have worked in clinical and gym settings as a director, instructor and coach for many organizations and corporations. I firmly believe that a well-balanced life that focuses on consistency in diet and exercise is attainable for everyone and I am passionate about helping my members and clients achieve their wildest health goals. I love to cook when I am not at the gym. I am also known for my love of stout and porter beers! My pride and joys in life are my hubby, Milton, of 23 years and my two grown children, Evan and Sofia.
